Shipping Overview

We ship fast worldwide from our warehouse in Sweden.
All orders are fully tracked and packed with care to ensure your gear arrives safely.

  • 🇪🇺 EU Orders:
    You can choose to view prices including or excluding VAT. VAT is calculated based on your country at checkout. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number can enter it at checkout to automatically deduct VAT.
  • 🇺🇸 US Orders:
    All duties and import tariffs are included in the final price. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) with UPS — no extra fees on delivery. Free shipping on US orders over $150.
  • 🌍 Other Countries:
    Import duties or VAT may apply depending on your destination and local regulations.

  • 🇺🇸 USA: free shipping on orders over $150
  • 🇪🇺 EU: free shipping on orders over €250
  • 🇸🇪 Sweden: free shipping on orders over 2,500 SEK
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: free shipping on orders over £250
  • 🇳🇴 Norway: free shipping on orders over 3,000 NOK
  • 🇨🇭 Switzerland: free shipping on orders over €250
  • 🌍 Rest of the world: free shipping on orders over $250
  • Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates: no free-shipping threshold – shipping is calculated at checkout.

The threshold is based on the order value in your local currency. Your exact shipping options and costs are always shown at checkout.

Shipping Times

  • 🇸🇪 Sweden: 1–2 business days
  • 🇪🇺 EU, Norway & Switzerland: Express 1–2 business days, Standard 3–5 business days
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: Express 1–2 business days, Standard 3–5 business days
  • 🇺🇸 USA: 3–5 business days
  • 🌍 Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa, South Korea, UAE and rest of the world: 3–7 business days
  • Estimated delivery times exclude order processing (1–2 days). Orders placed after 11 AM (GMT+1) on Fridays ship the following Monday.

Delivery & Handling

  • All orders ship from Sweden.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.).
  • Shipping times may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
  • For security, CRDBAG may contact you to verify address or payment details before dispatch.
  • Global logistics fluctuations may occasionally cause longer delivery times.

Duties, VAT & Import Fees

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and displayed at checkout.

  • US customers:
    Duties and tariffs are already included (DDP).
  • EU customers:
    You can view prices including or excluding VAT. VAT is calculated based on your country at checkout; VAT-registered businesses can deduct it at checkout.
  • Non-EU customers:
    Import duties and VAT may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s customs policy.

Order Handling & Cancellations

To guarantee quality, all orders are reviewed and inspected before dispatch.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items are shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations can be made before your order is prepared for shipping.

Returns & exchanges: you have 100 days to return or exchange your order. For full details, see our Return Policy.
